  • All individual therapy sessions are provided virtually via HIPAA-compliant Zoom for clients located in New York.

  • The fee for individual therapy is $150 per session.

  • I am in-network with Cigna, Aetna, and Carelon Behavioral Health. I can also provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. I partner with Thrizer to help reduce upfront costs for eligible clients.

  • Most clients attend weekly sessions to create consistency and meaningful progress.

  • No. Art therapy is always optional and used only if it feels helpful for you.

  • The length of therapy is different for each person and depends on your goals, needs, and pace.
