Therapy for boundaries, self-trust, and secure attachment

For high-achieving adults tired of repeating the same patterns

Wynn Therapy is a New York–based virtual private practice for high-achieving, emotionally insightful adults who are ready to understand themselves on a deeper level.

Elizabeth supports clients navigating dating fatigue, breakups, low self-worth, and boundary struggles often rooted in emotionally immature or narcissistic family dynamics and intergenerational trauma.

This work helps you feel more confident, grounded, and secure in relationships… with yourself and others.

Together, we connect the dots between your past and present so you can stop second-guessing yourself, choose partners differently, and build a more secure, grounded sense of who you are.
